Praying the Psalms

I start with the best of intentions only to do it again and again.  Each day vowing that I will not.  I sin with my tongue.  Sorry each time I realize I've done it again.  At the end of the day I analyze my conduct, but any justifing doesn't work.

"....I will watch my ways, lest I sin with my tongue;  I will set a curb on my mouth."  Ps 39:2
I pray to curb so as not to end my breaths in sorrow.   For silence in submission.
